Cemher declares that its Microcement is guaranteed for 1 year from the completion of application, provided that the application rules and technical datasheets are followed.
Cemher Microcement never cracks. If a crack appears, it will always be due to the substrate cracking, not the Microcement itself.
We guarantee that Cemher Microcement does not peel or chip from the substrate on which it is applied.
We guarantee that Cemher Microcement does not show discoloration or visible color changes over time indoors. For exterior applications, light-colored shades may develop spots; we do not recommend using bright or intense colors outdoors as they may be affected by weather conditions.
This warranty does not cover structural movements or settling of the building, substrate detachment, capillary moisture, impacts, floods, furniture damage, scratches, or dents caused by improper handling.
The company performing the application will provide the final customer guarantee according to the law. These guarantees are governed by European Standards for decorative coatings.
Cemher Microcement is a manufacturer and distributor. We are not responsible for applications performed by external professionals or companies that purchase our products. Products must be applied without modifying our application instructions.

Our products are non-hazardous for transport (except varnish) according to Directive 67/548 CE and Regulation CE 1272/2008. Transport companies are contracted with insurance included. Once the products leave our facility, responsibility passes to the transport company and final customer.
Microcement cannot be applied on substrates with:
Humidity over 6%
Capillary moisture
Freshly applied plaster or cement
For cement-based or gypsum substrates, tile adhesive, leveling paste, etc., allow normal drying times (typically 4–8 weeks depending on product type, layer thickness, ventilation, humidity, and temperature).
Do not apply microcement in pools, ponds, or jacuzzis. Cemher Microcement provides no guarantee if the substrate was not properly dried or treated for capillary moisture. Wet substrates can prevent full curing, cause stains, affect sealers, change colors, or lead to delamination.
For areas exposed to water (showers, countertops, bathtubs, sinks, terraces), ensure proper slopes and no standing water. Cemher ready-to-use microcement offers 100% waterproof guarantee in these conditions. Traditional two-component or one-component microcement is not guaranteed in these areas.

Cemher is ISO 14001 certified. All products are below the legal limits for VOCs (volatile organic compounds).
Terms apply to all sales between parties. Consumer rights are protected under Law 449/2003 on product sales and guarantees.
Full payment is due on the agreed date. Late payments incur penalties: 0.3% per day for first 10 days, 0.5% thereafter.
Romanian law applies. Disputes are resolved amicably or by courts in Bucharest.
Buyer must inspect packages for quantity and quality and report damages.
Seller must provide usage instructions and estimated delivery times. If products are unavailable, payments will be refunded within 30 calendar days.
Customized products or special orders cannot be returned, and advance payments are non-refundable.
Compliance and warranty certificates are issued with the products.

If defects appear, notify the seller in writing with supporting documents.
If defects are not due to misuse or improper installation, the seller will repair, replace, or refund.
No warranty is provided for damage caused by fire, lightning, earthquake, floods, accidents, transport violations, mechanical actions, improper storage, or if documentation is lost, illegible, or product not preserved for inspection.
Cemher Microcement is not responsible if products are not stored, handled, used, or installed according to technical datasheets.
Invoices will be sent by email in PDF. Buyer must ensure email delivery.
Invalid provisions do not affect the validity of other terms.
By purchasing, the buyer agrees to all terms and assumes responsibility for understanding them.
